Infinity Capital Partners Advises Southwestern Wire in Refinance of Term Loan Credit Facility
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK (October 3, 2019) Norman, OK-based Southwestern Wire, Inc. (SWI) has obtained a new senior term loan credit facility from Oklahoma Fidelity Bank. Infinity Capital Partners served as investment banking advisor to SWI.
SWI is a manufacturer of industrial wire, recycling wire, high carbon wire, and chain link fencing, with three manufacturing facilities in Norman, OK, Tulsa, OK, and McClellan, CA. The company has been in business for over 25 years serving customers throughout the U.S.
In addition to its manufacturing operations, SWI now operates five distribution facilities across the Midwest providing an assortment of fencing products, including SWI’s own wire products, to builders, contractors, and retail customers. SWI is expected to utilize the new term loan to support growth in its distribution segment.
