Joy is a senior operational executive with over two decades of experience driving M&A integration, strategic growth, and largescale enterprise transformation across wealth management, trust, and financial services institutions. Having spent over 16 years in dual leadership as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, she has spearheaded all operational aspects of the business-from business development and HR leadership to technology modernization and regulatory oversight.

Recognized for unifying cross-functional teams and managing due diligence through post-acquisition integration, Joy specializes in optimizing workflows, modernizing platforms, and building scalable operational frameworks that support sustainable growth.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her living life to the fullest with her fiancé, Kevin. They love keeping active through running, biking,  pickleball, and above all, cherishing time spent with their children and grandchildren.
