Mr. Alexander serves as Operating Partner at Infinity Capital Partners, where he is focused on client engagements, business development, starting up its principal investing group and involvement in other strategic initiatives, with a particular emphasis on industrial manufacturing and service-related businesses. He brings more than 20 years of industrial experience and the perspective of having operated, sold, and lead a business under private equity ownership.

Prior to joining Infinity, Mr. Alexander served as CEO of Malco, a diversified industrial manufacturer serving the petrochemical, power, air pollution control, data center, and renewable energy markets. During his tenure, he expanded the company's capabilities and end-market exposure and led the business through a private equity transaction. He continued as CEO following the transaction, working with the company's board and sponsor on strategic and operational initiatives.

Mr. Alexander holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa and an M.B.A. from Cornell University. He is also a member of YPO.

Mr. Alexander resides in Tulsa with his wife and three children. His personal interests include reading, fitness and cycling, coaching youth basketball, and spending time with family.
