2025 Year in Review

2025 marked a pivotal chapter for Infinity Capital Partners. It was a year defined by thoughtful growth, strategic investment, and continued progress toward building a firm designed to serve clients for the long term. In many respects, it stands as one of the most consequential years in our history.

From the beginning, our focus has been on building a durable platform rather than simply maximizing annual deal volume. In 2025, that philosophy guided many of our most important decisions. We invested meaningfully in our team, welcoming six exceptional professionals whose experience and judgment strengthen every part of our advisory process. These hires were made intentionally and with the future in mind, enhancing our ability to serve business owners before, during, and after liquidity events.

We also expanded our physical presence with the opening of our second office in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This expansion reflects our belief that great advisory work is built on proximity, relationships, and a deep understanding of local markets. Establishing a Tulsa office allows us to better serve founders and families across the region while continuing to grow our reach in a measured and sustainable way.

In 2025, we surpassed $1.5 billion in total transaction value since inception. This milestone represents far more than aggregate deal size. It reflects years of trust placed in us by entrepreneurs navigating some of the most significant decisions of their professional and personal lives. It also speaks to the consistency of our approach and the long-term partnerships we prioritize over transactional outcomes.

Like much of the industry, we operated in a market shaped by macroeconomic uncertainty, cautious capital, and longer transaction timelines. Against that backdrop, we remained disciplined, selective, and focused on achieving the right outcomes for clients rather than forcing volume in a challenging environment.

Importantly, 2025 was also a year of preparation. We spent significant time working with clients well ahead of market, helping them refine strategy, strengthen leadership, improve financial readiness, and align personal objectives with business outcomes. That work often happens quietly, but it is foundational to successful exits and long-term wealth planning.

As we look ahead to 2026, we do so with optimism and conviction. Our team is deeper and our platform is stronger. We believe the investments made in 2025 will translate into meaningful results in the year ahead.
