Gideon Steel Acquired by Gibraltar Industries

Infinity Capital Partners arranged the transaction which closed on July 31, 2025.

Oklahoma City, OK — August 14, 2025

Infinity Capital Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition of Gideon Steel Panel Company (“Gideon Steel” or the “Company”) by a subsidiary of Gibraltar Industries (“Gibraltar”) (NASDAQ: ROCK), a leading manufacturer and provider of products and services for the residential, agtech, and infrastructure markets. Infinity Capital Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor to Gideon Steel. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Gideon Steel is a premier manufacturer of custom-fabricated steel panel solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential customers across the South-Central United States. The Company is known for its commitment to quality, responsive service, and fast-turn production.

Its offerings include trims and flashings, metal roofing, rain-carrying systems, ventilation products, mail and package solutions, and other building components. With a strong national footprint, the division serves a diverse customer base through trusted brands, advanced manufacturing capabilities, and a commitment to quality and innovation.
