Title: Private Wealth Associate
Position Overview
Infinity Private Wealth is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented, and proactive professional to serve as a Private Wealth Associate.
This individual will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of an exceptional client experience while helping build the operational foundation of a growing independent wealth management firm. The Private Wealth Associate will work closely with the firm’s founders and serve as a key point of coordination for client service, onboarding, operations, and compliance related activities.

Primary Responsibilities
Client Service & Relationship Support
Coordinate new client onboarding and account opening processes
Manage account transfers, ACATs, and funding requests
Process and track money movement requests
Coordinate beneficiary updates and account maintenance requests
Respond promptly to client inquiries and service needs
Assist in delivering a high-touch, concierge-level client experience
Client Meeting Coordination
Schedule and coordinate client meetings
Prepare meeting agendas and supporting materials
Attend client meetings as appropriate
Capture meeting notes and maintain action item logs
Coordinate post-meeting follow-up and implementation
Manage recurring client review schedules and service calendars
Operations & Administration
Maintain CRM records, workflows, and client data integrity
Assist with billing, reporting, and operational tracking
Develop and improve internal workflows and procedures
Support implementation of technology and process improvements
Compliance Support
Working alongside the firm’s outsourced compliance consultants:
Maintain compliance calendars and recurring review schedules
Assist with quarterly fee billing reviews
Assist with annual best execution reviews
Assist with advertising and marketing review workflows
Firm Development
Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Assist in building scalable operational infrastructure
Support vendor coordination and technology implementation
Participate in future onboarding and training of team members as the firm grows
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, trust administration, RIA operations, brokerage operations, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High degree of professionalism and discretion
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong technology aptitude and comfort learning new systems
Experience with Schwab Advisor Center, CRM systems, or financial planning software preferred ▪ Experience serving high-net-worth clients preferred
