All About Concrete Acquired by High Street Capital

All About Concrete, LLC (“AAC” or the “Company”), a premier turnkey concrete services provider serving the Texas market, and High Street Capital VI Management, Inc. (“High Street Capital” or “HSC”), a Chicago-based private equity firm specializing in lower middle-market businesses, today jointly announced that AAC has been acquired by High Street Capital. Infinity Capital Partners (“Infinity”) served as the exclusive financial advisor to AAC.
Founded in 2004 by Nathan Frazier and headquartered in Tomball, TX, All About Concrete provides comprehensive, end-to-end turnkey concrete solutions, including residential and commercial foundations, paving, driveways, sidewalks, and flatwork to some of the largest homebuilders in the country. Trusted by national and regional builders across Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, and San Antonio, AAC has earned a reputation for best-in-class service, dependable response, and quality assurances.

Nathan will retain a significant equity stake in the go-forward company and will remain in his role as CEO, continuing the expansion of the leadership team and culture that have driven the Company’s success.
