Global Energy Solutions Acquired by OTC Industrial Technology

Global Energy Solutions (“GES” or the “Company”), a leading regional provider of rotating equipment sales, service, and repair across the Central United States, and OTC Industrial Technologies (“OTC”), one of the largest industrial distributors and service providers in the United States, today jointly announced that GES has been acquired by OTC. Infinity Capital Partners (“Infinity”) served as the exclusive financial advisor to GES.
Founded in 2010 by Garrett and Kristi Campbell, Global Energy Solutions operates from facilities in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Fort Smith, Arkansas, pairing in-house medium-voltage electric motor and pump repair capabilities with 24/7 field service. The Company allows a diverse base of industrial customers throughout the region to source equipment, scheduled maintenance, and emergency repair from a single provider, and has built its reputation on fast turnaround, technical expertise, and an unwavering commitment to customer service.

By combining GES’s regional expertise, in-house repair capabilities, and responsive field service with OTC’s broader technical resources and national network, customers will benefit from expanded capabilities and support while maintaining the local relationships and service they have come to trust.
