Petroleum Marketing Equipment Acquired by Shields, Harper & Co.

Petroleum Marketing Equipment LLC ("PME" or the "Company"), a full-line petroleum equipment distributor with over 30 years of industry experience, and Shields, Harper & Co. ("Shields Harper"), a leading distributor of fueling equipment and infrastructure solutions, today jointly announced that PME will be acquired by Shields Harper. Infinity Capital Partners ("Infinity") served as the exclusive sell-side advisor to PME.
Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Placentia, California, PME operates seven locations across Arizona, California, Missouri, and Nevada. The Company provides petroleum equipment distribution and product consultation services to petroleum marketers, contractors, and commercial customers throughout the western United States. PME is one of the few Wayne product distributors in California and Arizona and has built trusted relationships with its vendors over more than three decades of operations.

The transaction marks Infinity’s 13th successful advisory engagement in the PEI industry. Paracuellos Law Group served as legal counsel to PME. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
