Infinity Capital Partners arranged the transaction

Oklahoma City, OK – April 20, 2026

Trand, Inc. (“Trand” or the “Company”), a full-service crane rental company with over 36 years of experience specializing in wind energy maintenance and industrial services, and Centurion Group (“Centurion”), a global leader in the supply of rentals and services to critical industries for complex, challenging, and remote locations, today jointly announced that Trand, Inc. has been acquired by Centurion Group. Infinity Capital Partners (“Infinity”) served as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Trand, Inc.

Founded in 1990 by Terry and Sandra Arnett and headquartered in Sawyer, Kansas, Trand is a full-service crane rental company specializing in wind energy maintenance and industrial services. The Company operates a best-in-class fleet of high-capacity all-terrain and rough-terrain cranes, delivering operated crane rental services. With Terry and Sandra Arnett transitioning to retirement, Andrea Patterson (Arnett) will continue as President, ensuring continuity for customers and partners.
